WHO recommendations by age
0-1 year: Active movement several times daily
1-2 years: Minimum 180 min/day of any intensity
3-4 years: 180 min/day, at least 60 min moderate-vigorous
5-17 years: Minimum 60 min/day moderate-vigorous
Activity ideas by age
1-3: Walking, dancing, soft ball play
3-6: Bicycle, swimming lessons, tag games
6-12: Team sports, martial arts, hiking
